After decades of leading the local nonprofit Intercambio, my buddy Lee is launching a powerful new training and services business focused on communication, equity, and respect.
Lee has a wealth of knowledge about accessible and effective communication and has applied his extensive experience in adult education to solving the problem of miscommunication in the workplace.
Simplify Language provides training and services to help native English speakers communicate more effectively in English with people from diverse language and academic backgrounds.
Overview
Having spent more than 20 years launching and running the nonprofit organization Intercambio Uniting Communities, Lee knew exactly how to leverage his strong relationships and deliver a clear message to get new clients, but he also knew that content was going to be critical - for both demand generation and programming.
In addition to designing and developing the sales materials, I produced the first two promo videos that are being used for demand generation, supported with pricing strategy, and transitioned his sticky notes and google docs to an organized CRM where he can track leads, deals, and event interest forms.
